Executive Team

Sven Alwerud, President & Director of Engineering

Mr. Alwerud studied Mechanical and Electrical Engineering at prestigious Swedish engineering schools. His diverse background and education coupled with his unique industry experience allows him broad flexibility and keen insight in his approaches to mechanical design and automation. A key aspect of this approach is to design with simplicity, reliability, and long term maintainability foremost in mind. His unique perspective leads Inventek Engineering to step outside the industry paradigm and create automation solutions beyond customer expectations.

Raymond Antalek, Chief Operating Officer

Mr. Antalek holds a degree in Electrical Engineering from Clarkson University. His background includes diverse and progressively responsible positions in management of technology development, process and material handling automation, and global manufacturing operations. He has worked with and developed advanced equipment for Semiconductor Fabrication while with IBM, Hard Disc Drive Manufacturing while with Seagate Technology, and leading edge Display Enhancement Technology while with DuPont.
